For First Sample Orders:
For the first sample order with Berry Wig, we take full responsibility for all return costs, including sample shipping (both ways), PayPal fees, return tariffs, and any related expenses.
Once the returned sample is received and signed for by Berry Wig, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
For Regular Orders:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Berry Wig will cover all return fees.
However, if the return is not due to our fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (both ways), PayPal fees, tariffs, and any other expenses incurred during the return process. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes:
All returned wigs must be in original condition — the lace cannot be cut, the hair cannot be trimmed, bleached, dyed, or altered in any way.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Easy Return Process:
Berry Wig will create a return shipping label for you. Simply print the label, pack the item securely, and contact FedEx (or your local courier) to arrange pickup from your address.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment account within 1–3 business days.
Custom & Special Orders:
Custom-made or special-order wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
